Dixie Smith Memorial Golf Tournament

3rd Annual Dixie Smith Memorial Golf Tournament is Monday May 22, 2023.  This is a 4-Person Scramble.  Cost is $115 per person or $460 per team .  Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, golf and tee favor.

All proceeds will go to the Dixie Smith Memorial Foundation.  This foundation gives funds to the Suicide Prevention Alliance of Chautauqua County, has established several high school scholarships in WNY, and supports other local charities.
